General Rules

NO backouts, YOU are responsible for finding your own replacement.

• Late fee is $1 AUD every day you fail to pay

• Please always pay in AUD

• Payment deadlines are 24 hours after being added to the GC by 8pm Melb time

• $1 packing fee for all standard photocard ONLY GOs (combined with DOMs ie. Aus Stamped $2 + $1 P.F = $3), if items bigger than photocards, i.e plushes I will tell you at the time of send out.

• I don't accept time wasters or ghosting. If I find you are wasting my time, I will drop your claims, find someone to take your claim and potentially be blacklisted from future GOs for a probationary period of 2 months.

• If you have claims with me, please fill out the shipping request form in a promptly manner. I am always happy to hold onto claims IF you have multiple items incoming that you wish to save on DOMS, but I will no longer bump after 2 weeks of you receiving a claim check and I will resell your claims if need be within 2 month period.

• I also do not accept claimers that have active DNIs or DWAYORs. If I'm shown proof that there is one against you,any claims you have placed at the time of taking claims prior to my discovery and before initials have been paid, will be dropped and you will be blacklisted.

  Things to keep in mind:

1. Group orders are NEVER on hand and can take several weeks to arrive from proxies or Mercari so please be patient.
2. EMS & DOMS are collected later unless stated otherwise
3. WW friendly unless stated on the post or in the caption
4. As stated above in rules, payment deadlines are 24 hours later to ensure all items are secured successfully. If extensions are needed, please message me privately.
5. I am very lenient but so long as you communicate with me.
